Vincent Frezzo, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Bridgehampton, will serve as President of the Hamptons Chapter of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) for 2021. Frezzo was elected by his Chapter peers and installed at the Association’s Installation and Awards Ceremony held virtually on December 1, 2020.
The Hamptons Chapter of LIBOR, which covers the area of eastern Suffolk County between Hampton Bays and Montauk, was formally reorganized in the fall of 2012 to better serve the many REALTOR® members in this unique market. The Chapter encompasses some of Long Island’s most appealing geography with world renown ocean beaches, farmland, wineries, boating and recreational offerings. Its members service a market of primary and vacation homes, as well as land sales for various development opportunities.
As an extension of the Association, Chapters provide support, services and networking opportunities to REALTORS® in 13 geographic areas around across Long Island. The goal of the Chapters is to further productive cooperation among members, to increase professional proficiency through educational and informational meetings, and to greater benefit the community through contributions of both knowledge and service.
In this position, Frezzo will also serve as a member of the 2021 Board of Directors for LIBOR. The Board of Directors for LIBOR consists of elected and appointed volunteer leaders who meet regularly to make decisions about how best to invest member resources to implement the Association’s strategic goals and to work diligently to represent the needs and values of its members.
